Our research will model the phased implementation of required public investments, demonstrating projected gains in earnings, reduced inequality, and skill development.

We'll work tirelessly to demonstrate to federal and state officials how scaling registered apprenticeships can enhance equality of opportunity, workforce diversity,worker pride, productivity, and success pathways This effort will engage many advocates, practitioners, and researchers to push for significant funding and system development.

American Apprenticeship Network (AAN)

We're creating ANN to unite intermediaries, schools, business leaders, labor representatives, and researchers. The Network will promote apprenticeship benefits at federal and local levels, strengthen support for registered apprenticeships, and serve as a platform for developing and sharing best practices.
